Winning is fun at WTXY KOOL 103.9FM, but to make it fair there are a few rules we must follow.
One winner, per household, per a 30-day period.
Contests are open to all adult listeners except employees & sub-contractors of WTXY KOOL 103.9FM AM1540, contest sponsors & their immediate family. Winners under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them to claim prizes.
Prizes that are not able to be mailed,
must be claimed within 30 days of winning (unless noted otherwise)
at our studios located at 1017 S. Madison St. Whiteville NC or at location to be announced.
If prizes are not picked up, they will be forfeited.
A valid photo ID maybe required to claim all prizes. No substitution of prizes, no cash equivalent. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
WTXY KOOL 103.9FM/AudioTraxx Media Partners LLC reserves the right to record phone calls, use names, voices and likeness of winners for promotional purposes without additional compensation or winner's prior approval. Void where prohibited. Contest rules are available in writing at the studios of WTXY KOOL 103.9FM during normal business hours.
